At your first massage appointment, we’ll start with a quick consultation to go over your health history, areas of tension, and what you’re hoping to get from the session. This helps me tailor the massage to your unique needs.

I’ll check in with you throughout the session to ensure the correct amount of pressure and techniques. Whether you’re here for pain relief, stress reduction, or simple self-care, my goal is to help you feel your best body and mind.
